FOR MUNNWORKS BRANDED PRODUCTS ONLY
MUNNWORKS agrees to repair or replace (when approved by MUNNWORKS) items fabricated during three years from the date of delivery. If within the three years after purchase, an item becomes accidentally stained ordamaged during normal use and cannot be repaired through standard maintenance procedures, MUNNWORKS, under specific coverage terms listed below, will repair the stain or damage at no cost. If damage is preexisting and is apparent via correspondence noting such occurrences, MUNNWORKS will cover freight. Damage or stains not the result of foregoing issues will not be shipped at MUNNWORKS’ expense, nor to or fro.
LENGTH OF COVERAGE: Three years from delivery date.
OBLIGATION OF CUSTOMER: Failure to maintain items in accordance with ordinary maintenance procedures will invalidate any agreement established under the warranty issued herein.
OTHER: Items damaged during handling i.e., irregularities that are the fault of MUNNWORKS in the course packaging and handling – MUNNWORKS will repair, free of charge. Claims for delivery of freight damage, such as crates being dropped from loading docks or similar incidents – are to be taken up with the specific carrier involved (by the recipient). And while in extreme cases, there is no other choice but to fabricate an item again at identical cost, MUNNWORKS does make it a priority, putting said special reorders ahead in the manufacturing queue.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE: It is important to use gloves during handling. Cleanup for a frame surface should consist of a soft cloth, without the use of any ammonia products (such as windex). Mirror surface should be cleaned with a separate soft cloth, including dabs of alcohol and water. Dabs are defined as diluted and lightly applied to cloth. Any other methods of cleaning are not recommended, as alternatives can potentially damage a frame finish or mirror. Failure to comply with general maintenance guidelines may invalidate warranty.
COVERAGE: Any defective fabrication resulting or becoming apparent after ordinary use e.g., poorly assembled joints of frames, degradation of silvering, defects in material, stains that may occur over time, warping, fading from ordinary exposure to sunlight, peeling of finish on solid or veneered/laminated surfaces, etc., is covered under this warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This limited warranty does not apply to any function outside of normal usage, normal usage is defined above. Nor does it apply to natural elements, for example, mirrors or frames left outdoors, directly exposed to the hazards of an outdoor environment. Such damage will be excluded from warranty, in addition to failing to comply with the MUNNWORKS’s instructions regarding general maintenance. Blatant abuse or misuse is not covered under warranty. Instances of wear & tear caused by cosmetic products or bodily fluids (human or otherwise), damage caused by fraud, war, vandalism, acts of God, etc. –are not covered by MUNNWORKS warranty.
This agreement/warranty is not renewable, or transferable. Any provision contained herein which is found to be contrary to state or local law shall be deemed null and void: however, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
